I aim to check on my clients weekly to see the progress. I like them to know that I am readily available for them to reach me. I try to do everything I can in my power to assist in the success of their auction such as sending additional email blasts and calling bidders to generate interest. I think it’s important to call clients and ask if there is anything outside of online bidding that I can assist with to strengthen the partnership we have together.
